allow costumers to add notes in clueless re line-related actions for benefit of support

If a customer does something relating to a line - especially something bad, or weird - something might later on have effects that would confuse support staff, then a customer-added note could be valueable. Also it might be valuable for the historical record to be able to mark what date-time it was when a user changed something. Could possibly really help explain things to support staff.
