Have free regrade to 80/20 for existing customers

With the removal of the additional charge for FTTC 80/20 over 40/10, existing 80/20 customers automatically get the cheaper prices, yet existing 40/10 customers have to pay to change over. Happy to concede if I don't understand what's involved...

A 40/10 to 80/20 upgrade is now on the order form, for people on Home::1 BT with 40/10 that have a forecast over 40 or 10, and is £15 inc VAT, takes one working day, and does not reset the minimum term. https://order.aa.net.uk/chaos2broadband.html (sorry that is isn't free, but there would be no change to the monthly charges). ^Andrew.

https://clueless.aa.net.uk/pew.cgi - add years to the PEWs

It's confusing - there are several from 31st December 2015

We actually stopped updating the PEW info as the data source at BT changed a while ago. I've updated the page to reflect this, and have a ticket open for our team to re-implement the page.

WiFi Calling on sip2sim

While it's possible to have a mobile phone with sip client, this is messy for the user and adds complication to the call routing rules. WiFi calling solves both these problems by having a single end point that seamlessly roams between mobile and...

write something

Perhaps AAISP should email their clients in advance to inform them of "Login improvements and notifications from the Control Pages" before implementing any changes. That way AAISP might not be bombarded with phone calls from clients asking why...

have my excess allowance roll over for a couple of months

I usually dont use all of my 1TB monthly allowance but when we have school holidays the kids can double the usage. If we could have the unused allowance banked for 2 - 3 months (rolling) it would smooth out these peaks. Otherwise some sort of...

Add an extra password for use when talking to aa staff and placing orders by email / irc / chat etc

An extra, relatively weak password, so it's possibly easy for the user to quote, rather than a replacement for the strong ones. Needs to be with a Boolean flag to enable /disable, or just ignore zero-length passwords, to tell aa staff whether or...

Set clueless up to offer http compression

Turn http compression on in Apache for clueless. Would be good for the really long plain text log files and especially useful now there are SVG graphs, anyway, less uncacheable stuff than before.

Clueless: Email system : feature request import / export whitelist / blacklist rules

In clueless’s email rules editor, I would like to be a able to import and export the entire state. It would be very nice if it were in some human readable format that could be edited with a text editor. Multiple import/export formats would be...

Distribute improved firmware for ZyXel VMG 1312-B10A which fixes the lack of support for MTU 1508 in modem-only

Firmware is now available for the ZyXel VMG 1312-B10A which fixes the lack of support for MTU 1508 in modem-only. It just works, fine. A pre-built bin file is available and the complete sources are I'm told on github and I have read the build...

show upstream speeds for ADSL in ordering system

Upstream speed is critical for many users. The AA ordering system shows upstream speeds for VDSL2 but not for ADSL. Could you fix this? I am pretty certain BT makes this available because it is shown in their web dsl checker application....

Have AA web servers, including clueless, support HTTP/2

HTTP/2 gives us better responsiveness. Do your web servers speak HTTP/2?

Ability to control data access on voice sims

Voice sims have data access disabled by default. We have to contact tech support to have it enabled for each sim. Can we have the ability to turn on data access ourselves via the Edit sim page?

Offer pre-pay option for VOIP and Mobile Services

Pre-pay would be useful for small projects needing VOIP services or SIM cards. Some project managers prefer to spend a fixed amount up front on a company credit card (and review the balance periodically) rather than having to place a purchase...

Allow HTTPS basic authentication for scripting clueless access

View the callers number as a "name" on voicemail emails

Have a list of numbers that can have a friendly name attached to them, so that when a voicemail is sent through you see the caller's name in the subject instead of their phone number.

Option for notification of LNS switches via SMS/Twitter

Currently when you do a LNS switch a SMS/Twitter message isn't sent even when All line up/down is selected, I would like an option to also be told of LNS switches, as they can stop downloads/uploads that are in progress which may need to be resumed.
